Junior Executive
Responsibilities:
- Source and obtain contact details of prospective clients from various lead sources.
- Conduct cold calls and email outreach to connect with prospects.
- Introduce products/services and secure appointments with potential clients.
- Understand client needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Handle client inquiries and provide necessary information.
- Follow up with clients to maintain relationships and drive future sales.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to maximize conversion opportunities.
Requirements:
- Possess at least a SPM.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
- Relevant working experience in Telemarketing would be an added advantage.
- Strong persuasion and communication skills.
- Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin.
